摘  要:针对逆向工程中零件二维轮廓曲线的重构问题,在考虑异常数据及各项测量误差的基础上,提出了基于局部加权回归散点平滑(Locally Weighted Scatterplot Smoothing,LOWESS)法和移动平均平滑(Moving Average Smoothing,MAS)法的联合光顺策略。利用Akima插值算法对离散修复数据进行了拟合。以某汽车轮毂轮廓曲线修复为应用实例,运用基于稀疏模型的评判准则对重构轮廓曲线的光顺性进行了定量分析,不仅保证了曲线的重构精度,而且提高了其光顺性。研究结果表明所采用的曲线在线重构方法具有实用性与有效性。Aiming at the problem of reconstruction of the two-dimensional profile curve of parts for reverse engineering,considering the abnormal data and various measurement errors,a joint smoothing strategy based on Locally Weighted Scatterplot Smoothing(LOWESS)method and Moving Average Smoothing(MAS)method was proposed.The Akima spline curve interpolation algorithm was used to fit the discrete repair data.By taking a certain automobile wheel contour curve repair as an application example,the quantitative analysis of the smoothness of the reconstructed curve was carried out using the evaluation criteria based on the sparse model,which not only guaranteed the accuracy of curve reconstruction but also achieved better smoothness.Finally,the research results show that the proposed online curve reconstruction method is practical and effective.
