摘  要:针对国内旋压封头形状尺寸检测技术的现状,基于摩擦轮传动原理和激光测距原理,提出了旋压封头外圆周长滚轮测量法和旋压封头内表面形状激光网格式扫描法,创新地设计了滚轮测量机构和激光扫描机构,研制了旋压封头形状尺寸测量系统。该测量系统实现了旋压封头外圆周长、圆度公差、内表面形状尺寸公差、直边高度及直边倾斜度等形状尺寸参数的测量。对Φ500 mm的旋压封头进行了测试试验,结果表明,该测量系统性能稳定可靠、效率高,具有良好的推广应用前景。In view of the current situation of shape and size detection technology of spinning head domestic,based on the friction wheel transmisson principle and laser ranging principle,the roller method of measuring the circumferential of the spinning head and laser grid scanning method of measuring the inner surface of the spinning head were presented.The circumference measuring mechanism and laser scanning mechanism were designed innovatively,and the measuring system of the shape and size of the spinning head was developed.The dimension parameters such as the circumference of the outer circle,the roundness error,the shape tolerance of the inner surface,the height and the inclination of the straight edge of the head were obtained.The test of the spinning head with diameterΦ500 mm was completed with the measuring system.The results show that the performance of the measurement system is stable and reliable with high efficiency,which has a good application prospect.
