远程护理减轻川崎病并发冠状动脉瘤儿童家庭负担的研究

摘　　要：目的观察远程护理对川崎病并发冠状动脉瘤儿童家长疾病认知及负担的影响。方法选择2018年1月至9月接受常规延续护理的225例患儿的主要照顾者为对照组,2018年10月至2019年6月接受远程护理的225例患儿的主要照顾者为试验组,试验组以微信群、QQ群以及微信、微博、抖音公众号等为平台开展远程护理,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组川崎病患儿主要照顾者干预后疾病知识掌握度评分和满意度显著高于对照组,家庭负担评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对川崎病并发冠状动脉瘤儿童家庭实施远程护理支持干预,可显著提高患儿主要照顾者疾病认知度和满意度,降低家庭负担。Objective To observe the effect of remote care on knowledge and burden of parents of children with Kawasaki disease complicated with coronary artery aneurysm.Methods A total of 225 cases who accepted conventional continuing nursing from January 2018 to September 2018 were chosen as the control group,while 225 cases who accepted remote nursing from October 2018 to June 2019 were chosen as the test group.WeChat group,QQ group,WeChat,Weibo,Douyin official account were used as the platform to carry out the remote nursing among the experimental group.The observation indexes of two groups were compared after the intervention.Results The scores of disease knowledge mastery and satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the family burden score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The family intervention of children with Kawasaki disease complicated with coronary artery aneurysm by remote nursing support can significantly improve the mastery of disease knowledge and satisfaction of the main caregivers of such children,and reduce the family burden.
