中文版职业选择动机量表在男护士中的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的汉化形成中文版职业选择动机量表,并检验其在男护士中的信效度。方法根据国际指南,采用双人翻译-回译方法对职业选择动机量表进行汉化,应用Delphi法对量表进行修订和跨文化调试,选择20名男护士进行预试验,确定中文版职业选择动机量表后,对217名男护士进行正式调查,检验中文版量表的信效度。结果根据专家咨询结果,中文版职业选择动机量表共包含6个维度35个条目,提取6个公因子进行探索性因子分析,累计贡献率为66.73%,量表条目内容效度CVI指数为0.812~1,量表水平的内容效度CVI指数为0.907,Cronbach'sα系数为0.873,折半信度为0.715,重测信度为0.786。结论中文版职业选择动机量表具有良好的信效度,可作为我国男护士职业选择动机认知的评估工具。Objective To Chineseize the healthcare career choice motivation questionnaire(HCCQ)and test its reliability and validity among male nurses.Methods Based on international guidelines,the double translation-back translation method was used to Chineseize HCCQ,and the Delphi method was used to revise and cross-cultural debug the scale.Twenty male nurses were selected for pre-experiment and the Chinese version of the occupational choice motivation scale was determined.A total of 217 male nurses were formally investigated to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version scale.Results Based on expert consultation result,the Chinese version of HCCQ contained a total of 6 common factors,35 items.Exploratory factor analysis was conducted by extracting 6 common factors and the cumulative contribution rate was 66.73%.The content validity index(CVI)of item was 0.812~1,the CVI of scale was 0.907.The total Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.873.The fractional reliability was 0.715 and the retest reliability was 0.786.Conclusion The Chinese version of HCCQ scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the career choice motivation of male nurses in China.
