摘　　要：目的:分析某经典名方的组方理论,为转化医院中药制剂提供理论基础。方法:在中医药理论指导下,通过分析方中药物的四气五味,归经,升降沉浮,有毒无毒,并结合现代药物有效组分分析。结果:阐明了处方的配伍和治证理念,并初步探清制剂的有效组分构成及治证机制,发现该医院制剂的构成和治证机制与处方的配伍和治证理念高度统一。结论:经典名方的组方理论能科学阐述该医院制剂的治证理念。Objective:To analyze the formulation theory of a classical famous prescription and provide a theoretical basis for the transformation of hospital traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Methods:Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,through the analysis of the four Qi and five flavors,meridian tropism,ups and downs,toxic and non-toxic,and combined with the analysis of the effective components of modern drugs.Results:The compatibility and treatment concept of the prescription were clarified,and the effective component composition and treatment mechanism of the preparation were preliminarily explored.It was found that the composition and treatment mechanism of the hospital preparation were highly unified with the compatibility and treatment concept of the prescription.Conclusion:The formulation theory of classical famous prescriptions can scientifically explain the concept of treatment and syndrome of hospital preparations.
