摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合银杏叶胶囊对急性缺血性卒中患者氧化应激指标水平和神经功能的影响。方法:选取100例急性缺血性卒中患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用银杏叶胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗,比较两组治疗前后氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]水平、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组MDA水平低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合银杏叶胶囊治疗急性缺血性卒中患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善氧化应激指标水平,以及降低NIHSS评分,效果优于单纯银杏叶胶囊治疗。Objective:To observe effects of acupuncture and Ginkgo leaf capsules on oxidative stress index levels and nerve function in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:100 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ginkgo leaf capsules,while the observation group was combined with acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of oxidative stress indexes[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)],national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the MDA level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the SOD level was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 76.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Acupuncture combined with Ginkgo leaf capsules in the treatment of the patients with acute ischemic stroke can increase the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of oxidative stress indicators,and reduce the NIHSS score.Moreover,it is superior to single Ginkgo leaf capsules.
