摘　　要：在换届选举、组织会议或是组织赛事活动时,都要事前确定人员名单,名单上的姓名排序规则是什么,Word和Excel能否自动排序?文章介绍音序法和笔画笔形法两种姓名排序方式,建议统一采用"姓名笔画排序法",介绍Word和Excel姓名笔画排序操作方法。During the general election,organizing meetings or events,we have to determine the list of roster in advance.What are the sorting rules for names on the list?Can Office Word and Office Excel sort automatically?The article introduced two kinds of name sorting methods-sound order method and stroke shape method.It is suggested to adopt"name stroke sorting method"uniformly,and introduces the operation methods of name stroke sorting in Word and Excel.
