摘 要:疲劳性能作为60 kg/m钢轨胶接绝缘接头关键性能指标,制造工厂应对60 kg/m钢轨胶接绝缘接头进行疲劳性能试验,以确保产品质量合格。针对厂制60 kg/m钢轨胶接绝缘接头疲劳试验不合格的情况,分析了螺栓力学性能与松动、接头外观、夹板力学性能、胶层厚度等因素,并确定了影响疲劳试验不合格的主要因素为胶层厚度偏大。提出了胶接绝缘接头改进措施,主要是改进夹板轮廓以及提高螺栓紧固扭矩,进行了改进后相关试验。试验结果表明改进效果较好,满足行业标准要求。As the key performance index of bonded insulated 60 kg/m rail joint,the manufacturing factory should carry out the fatigue performance test of bonded insulated 60 kg/m rail joint to ensure the quality.In view of the failure of fatigue test,the mechanical properties and loosening of bolt,joint appearance,mechanical properties of splint,thickness of adhesive layer and other factors were analyzed,and it was determined that the main factor affecting the failure of fatigue test was the large thickness of adhesive layer.The improvement measures of bonded insulated rail joint were put forward,which mainly included improving the profile of splint and increasing the fastening torque of bolt,and relevant tests after improvement were carried out.The test results show that the improvement effect is good and meets the requirements of industry standard.
