摘 要:为了满足滤波器小型化、低插损的要求,基于圆形半模空气隙填充基片集成波导(HMSAFSIW)谐振腔结构,设计并实现了一款带通滤波器。通过加载金属通孔、径向槽线可以灵活调节滤波器中心频率。研究发现,在TM_(010)电场处加载金属通孔,谐振频率从8.2 GHz增加到9.7 GHz,当金属通孔直径从0.05 mm增加到0.2 mm,TM_(010)谐振频率从9.7 GHz增加到10 GHz。在TM_(110)电场中心处加载径向槽线,其谐振频率随着槽线长度的增加向低频移动,当槽线长度从3 mm增加到6 mm,TM_(110)谐振频率从12 GHz降到10.6 GHz。利用双面覆铜LCP基板进行了滤波器的加工,并进行了实物测试。测试结果显示,滤波器的中心频率为9.4 GHz,带宽为1.3 GHz,插入损耗为-2.6 dB,回波损耗优于-18 dB,在12~15.6 GHz较宽的范围内,阻带带外抑制大于20 dB。To meet the requirement of miniaturization and low insertion loss for filter design,a bandpass filter was proposed and implemented based on the resonant cavity structure of circular half mode slab air filled substrate integrated waveguide(HMSAFSIW).The central frequency of the filter can be flexibly controlled by adjusting the position and diameter of the metallic via holes.The study shows that the resonant frequency of TM_(010) mode can be increased from 8.2 GHz to 9.7 GHz by adding metallic via holes,which can be then increased from 9.7 GHz to 10 GHz as the diameter of the metallic via expands from 0.05 mm to 0.2 mm.In addition,radial slot perturbation was introduced to tune the central frequency of resonant cavity.The resonance frequency of TM_(110) mode decreases from 12 GHz to 10.6 GHz as the length of radial slot line increases from 3 mm to 6 mm.The filter was implemented by LCP process.The measured results show that the central frequency of the filter is 9.4 GHz with bandwidth of 1.3 GHz,insertion loss of-2.6 dB,and return loss of better than-18 dB.Moreover,in the wide range of 12-15.6 GHz,the out-of-band rejection of the stopband is greater than 20 dB.
