摘　　要：目的:通过分析影响医学生考研率的院校教育因素,提出有针对性的改进措施。方法:选取某校某届362名临本学生为研究对象,用Logistic回归分析法筛选出影响医学生考研率的因素。结果:在校曾获奖学金、在校参与科研经历和有教改经历的临本学生考研率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:为提高医学生科研素养,建议:1.对医学生进行“加强时间管理、经常反思、学风建设、明确学习目标、对知识进行系统汇总、仔细观察医学现象”等方面的自我学习能力培养;2.从制度上推广“教学院系与研究所(研究室)合为一体”管理体制,提高扁平化管理效果;3.建立一支稳定的科研指导教师队伍,指导学生早科研、多科研;4.以提升能力为目标,做好教育教学方式方法改革。Objective:To analyze the factors of college education that affect the rate of medical students'postgraduate entrance examination,and to put forward targeted improvement measures.Methods:363 temporary students in a school were selected as the research objects,and the factors affecting the postgraduate entrance examination rate of medical students were screened out by Logistic regression analysis.Results:The postgraduate entrance examination rate of temporary students who had won scholarships,participated in scientific research and had educational reform experience was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:In order to improve the scientific research quality of medical students,it is suggested that:1.To train medical students'self-learning ability in such aspects as"strengthening time management,reflecting frequently,building study style,defining learning objectives,systematically summarizing knowledge and observe medical phenomena carefully";2.Promote the management system of"integrating teaching departments with research institutes(research offices)"from the system to improve the flat management effect;3.Establish a stable team of teachers for scientific research and development,and guide students to conduct early and more scientific research;4.To improve the ability as the goal,do a good job in the reform of education and teaching methods.
