摘 要:由于城市用地日益紧张,工程项目的施工往往在已有建筑的周边进行,施工振动对周边建筑的影响问题已逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。以中山市某试验场地为例,详细论述了基于FLAC3D的打桩施工振动对周边建筑物影响的数值分析方法。FLAC3D求解结果表明各质点振动速度峰值随距离呈指数衰减,相同质点的三向振动速度均为Z向>X向>Y向,且3个方向的振动速度达到峰值的时刻不同步,三向质点振速的合速度峰值与Z向振动速度峰值非常接近,可采用Z向振动速度作为合速度峰值。现场监测试验的结果验证了FLAC3D打桩施工模拟的准确性及有效性。成果有利于工程师快速地判别施工振动对周边建筑的影响,为打桩施工振害的防治提供参考和借鉴。Due to the increasing shortage of urban land,the construction of engineering projects is often carried out in the surrounding of existing buildings,and the influence of construction vibration on the surrounding buildings has gradually become the focus of people’s attention.Taking a test site in Zhongshan City as an example,discusses in detail the numerical analysis method based on FLAC3D for the influence of pile construction vibration on the surrounding buildings.The result of FLAC3D solution shows that the peak value of each particle vibration velocity decays exponentially with distance.The three-dimensional vibration velocity of the same particle is Z-direction>X-direction>Y-direction,and the time when the vibration velocity in the three directions reaches the peak value is not synchronous.The peak value of resultant velocity of the three-dimensional particle vibration velocity is very close to the peak value of the Z-direction vibration velocity,so the Z-direction vibration velocity can be used as the peak value of resultant velocity.The accuracy and effectiveness of FLAC3D in pile driving construction simulation are verified by the results of field monitoring tests.The results of this paper are beneficial for engineers to quickly distinguish the impact of construction vibration on surrounding buildings and provide reference for the prevention and control of pile driving construction vibration damage.
