摘 要:近年来城市燃气管道系统破坏日趋频繁,而造成管道系统破坏的主要原因之一是地基的不均匀沉降。结合大量工程事故,管线的沉降变形超过安全允许值时,会发生破坏。通过中山市域天然气管网工程的场站工程、线路工程深入展开实地调查,得出场站工程存在的病害主要是由于不同基础型式过渡段产生过大的差异沉降,建议场站区整体采用堆载预压法、复合地基方法进行地基处理,线路工程地域覆盖范围较大病害不明显,可进行局部加固处理。可为软土地基区域天然气利用工程提供借鉴,指导类似工程的设计和施工。In recent years,the destruction of urban gas pipeline systems has become more frequent,and one of the significant factors causing the destruction of the pipeline system is the uneven settlement of the foundation.Combined with a large number of engineering accidents,when the settlement deformation of the pipeline exceeds the safe allowable value,damage will occur.Through the in-depth field investigation of the station engineering and line engineering of the natural gas pipeline network project in Zhongshan City,it is concluded that the diseases of the station engineering are mainly due to the excessive differential settlement in the transition section of different foundation types.Pre-compression method and composite foundation method are used for foundation treatment,and the area of the line project is larger and the disease is not obvious,and local reinforcement treatment can be carried out.This article can provide a reference for natural gas utilization projects in soft soil foundation areas and guide the design and construction of similar projects.
