摘 要:路花水库大桥与十八水中桥钻孔灌注桩桩径1.5~2.8 m、桩深14~30 m,共20根桩基。桩端持力层强度高达129 MPa的中风化花岗岩,岩石覆盖层浅,桩基入岩深度大。为加快高强度花岗岩地质大直径桩基的施工进度、节省施工成本,通过对桩基多种成孔方法比较和施工方案的优化,采用水磨钻人工挖孔结合冲击钻进的综合成孔技术,满足了工程质量、施工进度和成本控制要求,节省直接成本33.9万元,缩短工期2年。实践结果证明,所运用的综合成孔施工技术高效实用且安全可行,可为类似工程施工提供参考与借鉴。The cast-in-situ bored pile diameter and pile depth of Luhua Reservoir Bridge and Shibashui Medium Bridge is 1.5~2.8 m and 14~30 m respectively,with a total of 20 pile foundations.With strength of bearing stratum at the pile end up to 129 MPa,the moderately weathered granite is covered by shallow rock,and the pile foundation is deep into the rock.In order to speed up construction of highstrength granite geological large-diameter pile foundation and save construction cost,through comparison of various pore-forming methods and the optimization of construction scheme,comprehensive pore-forming technology combining manual water mill drilling with impact drilling was adopted,which met the requirements of project quality,construction schedule and cost control,saved 339000 Yuan of direct cost and shortened the construction period by 2 years.The practice results show that comprehensive pore-forming construction technology is efficient,practical,safe and feasible,which provides a reference for the construction of similar projects.
