摘  要:为了控制滑模施工工艺下机制砂混凝土的施工质量,以广东省某高速公路的高空心薄壁墩施工为例,通过分析滑模施工工艺的影响因素,基于滑模施工混凝土凝结时间要求进行了混凝土配合比设计,提出了典型工程机制砂混凝土施工质量控制要求。结果表明:凝结时间和强度是影响混凝土滑模施工工艺的主要因素;机制砂混凝土的质量控制是集原材料、机械设备、现场控制等为一体的系统性工程。研究可为机制砂混凝土在滑模施工工程中的应用提供参考。In order to control the construction quality of machine-made sand concrete under the slipform construction process,takes the construction of a high hollow thin-walled pier of an expressway in Guangdong Province as an example.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the slipform construction process,the concrete setting time requirements of the slipform construction were carried out.The design of the concrete mix ratio was proposed,and the quality control requirements of the machine-made sand concrete construction of the typical engineering were put forward.The results show that:setting time and strength are the main factors affecting the construction technology of concrete slipforms;the quality control of machine-made sand concrete is a systematic project integrating raw materials,mechanical equipment,and on-site control.The research can provide reference for the application of machine-made sand concrete slipform construction engineering.
