摘　　要：头生白屑是皮肤科疾病常见临床表现之一,多见于白屑风、白秃疮、白疕等疾病,钟以泽教授认为其病因与肺热循经上扰密切相关,其反复发作、难以根治亦兼有阴伤。临床通过钟教授自创经验方“三皮止痒汤”清肺泄热,佐以滋阴润燥常能取得较好的疗效。故笔者对本病发生机制及“三皮止痒汤”的配伍原则及立论依据进行初步探讨,以期在治疗本病时为大家提供更多的治疗思路。Dandruff is a common clinical manifestation of many skin diseases such as baixiefeng,baituchuang,baibi and so on.Professor Zhong Yize believes that the cause of this clinical manifestation is closely related to pulmonary thermal perturbation upward along the meridians.It is prone to recurrent and difficult to cure accompanied by yinshang.The clinical experience of Professor Zhong’s self-made“Sanpi Zhiyang Decoction”to clear the lungs and relieve heat,and nourish yin and moisturize dryness can often achieve better results.Therefore,the author makes a preliminary discussion on the mechanism of the disease and the compatibility principle and theoretical basis of“Sanpi Zhiyang Decoction”,in order to provide more ideas for the treatment of this disease.
