摘  要:对自结晶固液分离循环造粒流化床的结构设计进行研究,流化床结构包括污泥区、循环结晶区、固液分离区。研究了污泥区采用超越离合器结构、循环结晶区采用双循环结构、分离区采用漩涡流结构。分析了利用回吸回流技术,通过诱导结晶,实现装置内部的自结晶。回流进入絮凝区的污泥加速进水的絮凝反应过程,最后通过悬浮污泥层,实现了低温低浊水的固液分离。The structure design of self crystallizing circulating fluidized bed for solid-liquid separation was studied.The structure of fluidized bed includes sludge zone,circulating crystallization zone and solid-liquid separation zone.The overrunning clutch structure is used in the sludge area,the double circulation structure is used in the circulating crystallization area,and the vortex flow structure is used in the separation area.It is analyzed that the self crystallization in the device can be realized by using the technology of back flow and induced crystallization.The sludge returning into the flocculation zone accelerates the flocculation reaction process of the influent,and finally realizes the solid-liquid separation of low temperature and low turbidity water through the suspended sludge layer.
