摘　　要：基于SIMATIC S7-1200PLC系列为主体,结合WinCC与工业以太网络技术设计出一种直动式限位开关装配小型生产线系统,并在机电产品概念设计器MCD(Mechatronics Cocept Designer)中进行建模仿真,根据MCD运动时序和仿真结果,完成PLC控制系统实施方案的设计。Based on SIMATIC S7-1200PLC series,combined with WinCC and industrial Ethernet technology,a small direct acting limit switch assembly line system is designed.The modeling and simulation are carried out in MCD(Mechatronics Concept Designer).According to the motion sequence and simulation results of MCD,the implementation scheme of PLC control system is designed.
