摘 要:终末期心力衰竭是导致心血管疾病晚期死亡的主要原因,心脏移植仍然是其最佳治疗方案。然而,供体心脏短缺、离体心脏保存和移植后免疫排斥等仍是心脏移植技术不容忽视的主要问题。因此,以双心室辅助装置和全人工心脏为代表的机械循环辅助装置成为心脏移植过渡期的首选方法,甚至逐渐成为长期治疗的替代方法。本文通过回顾双心室辅助装置与全人工心脏的相关研究进展,对双心室辅助和全人工心脏的基础研究、临床应用及预后作一综述,旨在总结技术要求、血流动力学特点及临床应用优缺点,为更全面深入的研究提供思路。End-stage heart failure is the leading cause of death in advanced cardiovascular disease,and heart transplantation remains the best treatment option.However,problems such as the shortage of donated hearts,preservation of isolated hearts,and post-transplant immunological rejection are still crucial in heart transplantation.Therefore,mechanical circulatory auxiliary devices represented by biventricular assist devices and total artificial hearts have become the preferred method in transition to heart transplantation and are even an alternative to long-term treatment.This paper reviews the progress of researches related to biventricular assist devices and total artificial hearts.It provides a review of fundamental investigations,clinical applications,and prognosis,aiming to summarize technical requirements,hemodynamic characteristics,and advantages and disadvantages of clinical applications to provide ideas for more comprehensive and in-depth research.
