摘　　要：在分析读者需求对于高校图书馆文献资源建设重大意义的基础上,探讨如何发掘和研究读者需求。再分析当前高校图书馆文献资源建设存在的问题和不足,最后总结出在读者需求基础上完善文献资源建设的策略:文献资源建设工作要从树立正确的资源建设价值观、加强读者需求与文献资源采访的互动性、建立对文献资源的评价与反馈机制等多方面着手,实现文献资源与读者需求的良好对接。On the basis of analyzing the significance of readers'needs for the construction of academic libraries'literature resources,this paper discusses how to explore and study readers'needs,then,re-analyze the current problems and shortcomings in the construction of document resources in university libraries,and finally summarize the strategies for improving the construction of document resources based on the needs of readers:the work of document resource construction should start with establishing correct values of resource construction,strengthening reader needs and document resource acquisition,the interactive nature of the literature,the establishment of the evaluation and feedback mechanism of the literature resources,etc.,to achieve a good connection between the literature resources and the needs of readers.
