摘 要:对美国UOP公司连续重整催化剂、中国科学院大连化学物理研究所甲醇制烯烃(DMTO)催化剂和中国石油石油化工研究院乙烯裂解馏分加氢催化剂的研发与工业转化过程进行了深入分析;总结了这3种催化剂从研发到实现大规模工业化应用的经验做法,以及对科研开发工作的启示。结合中国石油催化剂开发与成果转化现状,提出如下建议:持续加强合作研发,提升基础研究和催化剂技术创新水平;加强生产工艺与工程化技术研究,提升自主技术整体竞争力;鼓励自主催化剂在中国石油生产装置率先应用,提高成果转化效率;创新科技成果激励机制,进一步激活科研体制机制内生动力和科研人员创新活力。The R&D and industrial transformation process of 3 typical catalysts,including UOP′s continuous reforming catalyst,methanol to olefin(DMTO)catalyst of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences and ethylene cracking distillate hydrogenation catalyst of Petrochemical Research Institute of PetroChina,were thoroughly analyzed.And the corresponding experience and enlightenment obtained in the period from R&D to large-scale industrial application of the above 3 catalysts were summarized.Combined with the actual status of PetroChina′s refining and chemical catalyst technology innovation and achievement transformation,four suggestions were put forward as followed:continuing to strengthen cooperative research and development to improve the level of basic research and catalyst technology innovation,enhancing the research of production process and engineering technology to improve the overall competitiveness of independent technology,encouraging the first application of independent catalyst in internal enterprises,so as to improve the efficiency of achievement transformation and application,strengthening the incentive mechanism construction of scientific and technological achievements,in order to further activate the endogenous power of scientific research system and mechanism and the vitality of scientific research innovator.
