摘  要:针对中国石油玉门油田分公司炼油化工总厂生产的3号喷气燃料合格产品,在贮存2个月后出现的变色问题,采取提高加氢反应深度、增加白土吸附单元、设置内控指标等措施对航煤加氢脱硫醇装置进行了改造与操作优化。结果表明:加工原油含碱性氮化物量异常升高是导致产品发黄变色的根本原因;调整装置加氢深度,在反应压力为2.7 MPa的条件下,当反应温度由240℃升高到280℃时,可使产物碱性氮化物的脱除率由72.66%提高至80.15%;在反应压力为2.65 MPa,反应温度为270℃的条件下,当直馏航煤馏分含碱性氮化物量超过12.00μg/g时,采用加氢精制-白土吸附组合工艺后,产物碱性氮化物降至0.20μg/g以下,脱除率高达98.00%以上;在实际生产中,需将直馏航煤馏分及其产品的含碱性氮化物量内控指标分别设定为10.00,2.00μg/g。To solve the discoloration problem of qualified No.3 jet fuel products produced by Yumen Refining and Chemical Complex after two months of storage,optimization measures were taken,such as improving hydrogenation reaction depth,adding additional clay adsorption unit and setting up internal control indexes on the jet fuel hydrogenation unit.The results showed that the abnormal increase of basic nitrogen content in crude oil which was being processed was the root cause of product yellowing.After adjusting the hydrogenation depth by changing reaction pressure to 2.7 MPa and increasing the reaction temperature from 240℃to 280℃,the removal rate of basic nitrides could be increased from 72.66%to 80.15%.Under the conditions of reaction pressure at 2.65 MPa and reaction temperature at 270℃,when the content of basic nitrogen compounds in straight-run jet fuel fraction exceeded 12.00μg/g,the basic nitrogen compounds in product could be reduced to less than 0.20μg/g and the removal rate could reach up to more than 98.00%by using the hydrogen refining-clay adsorption combined process.In actual production,the internal control indexes of straight-run aviation kerosene fraction and its product alkaline nitride content were set to 10.00μg/g and 2.00μg/g respectively.
