添加废钢对高炉炉料软熔特性的影响

摘　　要：为研究高炉添加废钢对综合炉料软熔性能的影响,采用单颗粒软化荷重试验和软熔熔滴试验考察废钢与其他含铁炉料之间的交互作用,以及不同废钢配比下综合炉料的软化熔滴性能。结果表明:由于废钢致密的微观结构和其本身的成分限制,废钢与其他含铁炉料之间不发生交互作用;基于废钢独特的熔融特性,其在软熔带可协助焦炭对矿石起到骨架支撑作用,软熔带透气性指数由未加废钢的216.99 kPa·℃降低至配加15%废钢的42.04 kPa·℃,熔融区间由未加废钢的108℃降低至配加15%废钢的55℃;从滴落物成分和形貌来看,高炉添加废钢可有效降低渣量,并在熔融滴落过程中快速渗碳,铁中的碳含量由空白试验的3.22%增加至加入15%废钢的4.07%。故可通过向高炉添加废钢治理炉缸的石墨化堆积。In order to study the effect of scrap addition to blast furnace on the soft melting performance of comprehensive burden,the interaction between scrap and other ferrous burden is investigated by single particle softening load test and soft melting droplet test.And the soft melting droplet performance of comprehensive burden under different scrap ratio is researched.The results show that there is no interaction between scrap and other ferrous furnace materials due to the dense microstructure and its own composition;based on the unique melting characteristics of scrap,it can help coke play a supporting role in the soft melt zone.After adding the 15%scrap,the permeability index of the soft melt zone is reduced from 216.99 kPa·℃to 42.04 kPa·℃,and the melting range is reduced from 108℃to 55℃.From the composition and morphology of drops,the addition of scrap steel to blast furnace can effectively reduce the amount of slag and carburize rapidly in the process of melting drops.The carbon content in iron increases from 3.22%in blank test to 4.07%with 15%scrap steel.Therefore,the graphitization accumulation of hearth can be controlled by adding scrap to blast furnace.
