摘 要:利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机研究了22MnB5的高温热塑性规律。同时利用扫描电子显微镜对高温拉伸后的断口及断口处的微观组织进行了观察分析。研究结果表明,随着变形温度的升高,试验钢的抗拉强度降低;断后伸长率曲线在650~725℃附近出现低塑性温度区间,通过组织观察发现,该温度范围内,在原奥氏体晶界上出现铁素体组织,降低了塑性,建议实际生产中避开该温度范围变形。The high temperature thermoplastic law of 22MnB5 was studied by Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation test machine.At the same time,the fracture and its microstructure were observed and analyzed by SEM.The results show that the tensile strength of the test steel decreases with the increasing of deformation temperature,and there is a low plastic temperature range in the elongation curve after fracture near 650~725℃.Through the microstructure observation,it is found that ferrite structure appears on the original austenite grain boundary within this temperature range,which reduces the plasticity.Therefore,it is suggested to avoid deformation under this temperature range in practical production.
