摘  要:介绍了河钢唐钢中厚板公司1780 m^(3)高炉提煤比低成本强化冶炼的过程。通过对制粉-输粉设备流程改造,实现了喷吹煤供应量和喷吹结构稳定的预期目标。在此基础上,通过应用碳除尘灰混磨制粉技术、调整入炉物料结构和优化高炉操作等一系列措施,实现低成本配矿(品位56.6%±0.3%)条件下,煤比提升至150 kg/t·Fe的目标。The process of strengthening smelting with coal extraction ratio and low cost in 1780 m^(3) blast furnace in HBIS Tangsteel medium and heavy plate company.Through the process transformation of pulverizing and conveying equipment,the expected goal of stable injection coal supply and injection structure is realized.On this basis,through a series of measures such as the application of carbon dust removal and ash mixed grinding technology,the adjustment of feed material structure and the optimization of blast furnace operation,the goal of raising the coal ratio to 150 kg/t·Fe under the condition of low-cost ore blending(grade 56.6%±0.3%)is realized.
