摘  要:针对SPCD产品在酸轧过程中出现的带尾浪形问题,借助金相显微镜、拉伸试验等相关实验手段和方法,分析了浪形产生机理,并制定了控制策略。认为酸轧带尾浪形是由于热轧带钢头部终轧温度偏低,即精轧在奥氏体和铁素体两相区轧制导致混晶所引起的。通过热卷箱空过、提高穿带速度,提高了终轧温度,避免了热轧两相区轧制,获得了均匀的组织,解决了酸轧浪形问题。Aiming at the wave shape with tail in the production of SPCD in acid rolling production line,the mechanism of wave shape was analyzed by means of metallographic microscope,tensile test and other related experimental means and methods,and the solution strategy was given.The wave shape of acid rolling strip is caused by the low finish rolling temperature at the head of hot rolled strip and the inhomogeneous structure of rolling material in hot rolling two-phase zone.The hot coil box is empty to improve the threading speed and the final rolling temperature,which avoid the two-phase zone rolling of hot rolling.So,the uniform structure is obtained and the problem of wave shape in acid rolling is solved.
