碳化钨辊环组合轧辊在Φ12 mm螺纹四切分轧制的应用

摘  要:针对棒材多线切分轧制在精轧关键K1~K4道次使用高速钢轧辊普遍存在的单槽轧制吨位低、孔型更换频繁、作业率低、料型不稳、产品精度差、表面有麻点等问题,河钢宣钢在Φ12 mm螺纹切分轧制K1和K2架次采用了碳化钨辊环组合轧辊。介绍了组合轧辊的构成、配置、性能参数和应用技术要求。应用后,单槽轧制吨位K1架次提高到950~1000 t、K2架次提高到1900~1975 t,成品表面光滑,孔型更换频率由每天4次减少到每天1次,作业率显著提高,经济效益可观。After using high-speed steel rolls in the key K1~K4 passes of finishing rolling for bar multi line slitting rolling,there are common problems,such as low single slot rolling tonnage,frequent pass change,low operation rate,unstable material shape,poor product accuracy,pitting on the surface,etc.Tungsten carbide roll ring combination roll is used for K1 and K2 sorties ofΦ12 mm thread slitting rolling in HBIS Xuansteel.The composition,configuration,performance parameters and application technical requirements of combined roll are introduced in this paper.After the application,the single groove rolling tonnage of K1 sorties is increased to 950~1000 t and K2 sorties is 1900~1975 t,the finished product surface is smooth,and the pass change frequency is reduced from 4 times to 1 time a day.The operation rate is significantly improved and the economic benefit is considerable.
