酸轧轧机乳化液系统磁过滤器效率的提升

摘　　要：介绍了磁过滤设备的分类;针对酸轧轧机乳化液系统中的铁粉含量高等问题对磁过滤器进行了一系列技术改造。通过加长永磁棒两端轴头长度,污泥排放管材质由普碳钢改为快速接头连接的软管结构,加长齿条机构并增加齿轮啮合量,增加刮泥板厚度并改用聚四氟乙烯材质、增加预紧装置等措施,对磁过滤器本体机械结构进行了改造。同时调整了磁过滤器的运行方式。改造后,酸轧轧机乳化液中的铁粉含量被控制在允许范围内。The classification of magnetic filtration equipment is introduced.In view of the high content of iron powder in the emulsion system of acid rolling mill,a series of technical modifications have been made to the magnetic filter.The mechanical structure of the magnetic filter body was reformed by lengthening the length of the shaft heads at both ends of the permanent magnet rod,changing the material of the sludge discharge pipe from ordinary carbon steel to the hose structure connected by the quick connector,lengthening the rack mechanism,increasing the meshing amount of the gear,increasing the thickness of the mud scraper,adopting the mud scraper made by PTFE material and adding the pre tightening device.At the same time,the operation mode of the magnetic filter is adjusted.After modification,the content of iron powder in emulsion of acid rolling mill is controlled within the allowable range.
