摘  要:特发性肺纤维化(IPF)是临床最常见的一种特发性间质性肺炎,发病机制仍不清楚。大量研究证实端粒缩短及端粒相关基因突变与IPF的发生发展有关。近几年越来越多的研究表明,IPF患者对药物的疗效和肺移植预后与端粒异常也存在相关性。本文就IPF与端粒缩短、端粒相关基因突变的关联研究进展进行综述。Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is one of the most common types of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia in clinical practice and the pathogenesis remains still unclear.A large number of studies have confirmed that telomere shortening and telomere related gene mutations are often associated with the occurrence as well as the development of IPF.Recently,more and more studies showed the efficacy of drugs and the prognosis of lung transplantation are also correlated with telomere abnormalities for patients with IPF.The review concentrates in researches on the telomere shortening,telomere related gene mutations and their relationship with IPF.
