摘  要:为了研究铺地锦竹草旱后复水的恢复情况,对干旱处理15 d后的铺地锦竹草进行复水实验,测定其茎和叶的含水量、渗透势和生长情况。结果显示,持续干旱15 d后铺地锦竹草能保持93%以上的含水量,复水后茎和叶的含水量、渗透势、茎伸长速度和出叶速度都呈快速上升趋势。叶和茎的含水量分别在复水后1和2 d内恢复到对照水平;叶和茎的渗透势分别在复水后2和3 d内恢复到对照水平。复水5 d后铺地锦竹草的茎和叶的生长速度超过对照水平,说明存在超补偿生长现象。因此,铺地锦竹草是一种保水能力强、抗旱能力强、复水后能快速恢复生长的植物。In order to study the recovery of Callisia repens from rewatering after drought stress,the rewatering experiment was conducted on Callisia repens which suffered 15 days of drought treatment,and the water content,osmotic potential and growth of the stems and leaves of C.repens were determined.The results showed that C.repens maintained more than 93%of water content after 15 days of continuous drought,and that the water content,osmotic potential,stem elongation rate and leaf emergence rate of C.repens increased rapidly after rewatering.The water content of leaves and stems returned to the level of the control within 1 and 2 days after rewatering,respectively,while the osmotic potential of the leaves and stems returned to the level of the control within 2 and 3 days,respectively.After 5 days of rewatering,the growth rate of the stems and leaves was higher than that of the control,indicating that there was an over-compensatory growth in plant.It is concluded that C.repens is a recommended plant with strong water retention capacity,high drought tolerance and rapid recovery from rewatering after drought stress.
