摘  要:为了解内源激素对芒果种子胎萌发生的影响,以凯特芒为研究材料,观察种子成熟胎萌形态变化,检测种子成熟胎萌过程中胚内源激素含量变化,并分析其相关性和比值变化。结果显示:在凯特芒种子发育成熟胎萌过程中,胚内源激素含量变化明显,其中IAA、ZR同ABA为种子胎萌抑制激素,而ZT、SA、JA同GA_(3)为种子胎萌促进激素,较高的ZT/ABA和较低的IAA/GA_(3)是调控种子由成熟状态转入胎萌状态的关键因素。建议在凯特芒种植过程中,于种子发育成熟前喷施外源激素IAA、ABA和ZR,推迟或减少种子胎萌发生。In order to investigate the effects of endogenous hormones on the vivipary of mango seeds,Keitt mango fruits were selected to observe the morphological changes of their seeds at the stage from mature development to vivipary,and detect their contents of endogenous hormones in the embryo at the stage of mature development to vivipary to analyze their correlation and ratio changes.The results showed that the contents of endogenous hormones in the embryo varied significantly during the stage from mature development of Keitt mango seeds to vivipary,of which IAA,ZR and ABA are inhibitory hormones,while ZT,SA,JA and GA_(3) are promoting hormones.The higher ZT/ABA ratio and the lower IAA/GA_(3) ratio are the critical factors for regulating the transition of seeds from the mature state to the vivipary state.It is suggested that the application of exogenous hormones such as IAA,ABA and ZRbefore the seeds develop into maturity to delay or reduce the occurrence of the seed vivipary during the cultivation of Keitt mango.
