摘 要:制备了高产率的近红外光热转换材料磷酸铜和羟基磷酸铜。磷酸铜纳米颗粒的光热效应提供了聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)的光热固化所需热量。在808 nm激光下,磷酸铜和羟基磷酸铜作为内部热源均匀分散在PDMS中,从而具有巨大的传热面积,使光热固化的磷酸铜/PDMS复合材料具有较高的升温速率,且近红外光热固化解决了紫外光热固化穿透能力差的问题。通过溶胀法表征了硅橡胶的硫化程度。结果表明,与烘箱加热固化相比,PDMS的光热固化具有更快的固化速率,光热固化样品具有良好的拉伸强度和硬度。扫描电镜照片显示了磷酸铜材料在硅橡胶基体中的状态,证明了光热固化对界面结合的改善作用,并解释了光热固化样品力学性能得以改善的原因。High-yield near-infrared laser photothermal conversion materials copper phosphate and copper hydroxyphosphate were prepared.The photothermal effect of copper phosphate nanoparticles provided the heat required for photothermal curing of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS).Under 808 nm laser,copper phosphate and copper hydroxyphosphate were uniformly dispersed in PDMS as internal heat sources,thus having a huge heat transfer area,which made the photothermally cured copper phosphate-PDMS composite material have a higher temperature rise speed,and near-infrared laser photothermal curing solved the problem of poor penetration of ultraviolet photothermal curing.The vulcanization degree of silicone rubber was characterized by the swelling method.The experimental results showed that,compared with oven heating curing,the photothermal curing of PDMS had a faster curing rate,and the photothermal curing samples had good tensile strength and hardness.Scanning electron micro scope images showed the state of the copper phosphate material in the silicone rubber matrix,which proved the effect of photothermal curing on the improvement of interface bonding,and explained the reason for the improvement of the mecha-nical properties of the photothermal curing samples.
