浦东新区妇幼卫生保健服务现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解浦东新区妇幼保健服务情况,为制定区域卫生规划提供科学依据。方法多阶段分层整群随机抽样,抽取10个乡镇(街道)、20个村(居委会),在每个样本村(居委会)中随机抽取60户,共抽取1200户,通过入户问卷调查的方式进行调查。结果在调查前1年内做过妇科、宫颈涂片、乳腺检查的女性分别占64.38%、50.90%、59.81%;产妇平均产检次数为12次,5次及以上产前检查率为98.91%,产前筛查比例为91.30%;6岁以下儿童6个月内纯母乳喂养率为43.80%,有42.86%的儿童在6个月大时开始有规律的添加辅食,平均健康体检2.4次,贫血儿童占比为11.30%。结论浦东新区15~64岁女性在调查前1年内做过妇科检查的比例、5次及以上产前检查率、6个月内儿童纯母乳喂养率均显著高于全国平均水平;儿童平均健康体检次数略小于第五次卫生服务调查的平均体检次数2.53次,被调查儿童贫血发生率为11.30%,远低于全球平均水平。Objective To survey the current situation of maternal and child health care service in Pudong New Area,Shanghai City,provide a scientific basis for making regional health planning.Methods A multistage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 10 townships(street)and 20 villages(neighborhood committee),60 families were selected from each sample village(neighborhood committee),1200 families were enrolled,then a household questionnaire survey was performed.Results Within one year before survey,the proportions of women undergoing gynecologic examination,cervical smear test,and breast examination were 64.38%,50.90%,and 59.81%,respectively;the mean times of prenatal examination was 12,the proportion of women undergoing prenatal examination for five times or more than five times was 98.91%,the proportion of prenatal screening was 91.30%;among the children under six years old,the pure breastfeeding rate within six months was 43.80%,42.86%of the children added complementary food regularly from six months,the mean times of healthy physical examination was 2.4,the children with anemia accounted for 11.30%.Conclusion In Pudong New Area,Shanghai City,the proportion of 15-64-year-old women undergoing gynecologic examination within one year before survey,women undergoing prenatal examination for five times or more than five times,and pure breastfeeding rate within six months are significantly higher than national average levels;the mean times of healthy physical examination in children is slightly less than the mean times during the fifth health service survey(2.53 times),the incidence rate of anemia in children is 11.30%,which is much less than global average level.
