摘  要:采用传统固相烧结法制备了(1-x)BNBT6-xLa(x=0,5,10,15,20,at%)无铅压电陶瓷,并对其晶体结构、铁电特性和能量存储特性进行了研究。结果表明,引入的La元素不改变BNBT6原有的钙钛矿晶体结构,但是会提高材料的致密度,降低矫顽场,减少电畴翻转所需要的能量,从而改变电滞回线特征,提升材料的储能密度。当x=15时,材料的储能密度最高,在电场强度为50 kV/cm作用下能量密度为0.6 J/cm^(3),能量利用效率为86%,表明该陶瓷有望应用于陶瓷储能电容器中。(1-x)BNBT6-xLa(x=0,5,10,15,20,at%)lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by solid-phase sintering method,and their crystal structure,ferroelectric properties and energy storage properties were studied.The results show that the introduced element La does not change the original perovskite crystal structure of BNBT6,but can improve the density of the material,reduce the coercivity field,reduce the energy required for electric domain reversal,thus changing the characteristics of electric hysteresis loop,and improve the energy storage density of the material.When x=15,the energy storage density of the material is the highest,and the energy density is 0.6 J/cm^(3) under the action of the electric field intensity of 50 kV/cm,and the energy utilization efficiency is up to 86%,and it indicate that the ceramic is expected to be used in ceramic energy storage capacitors.
