摘　　要：贵州省辣椒种植规模逐年扩大,种植面积常年稳定在33.3万hm^(2)以上,占全国1/6、全球1/10,区域布局广泛,种植品种多样,自主选育183个系列品种推广种植,加工能力不断提升,销售额持续增长,产加销规模均位列全国第一。该研究从种植、布局、加工、市场、品牌等方面对贵州省辣椒产业近年来发展进行了综述,分析了当前产业高质量发展存在的问题、发展目标及今后的发展建议,以期为全国辣椒产业发展提供参考依据。The scale of chili planting is expanding year by year in Guizhou Province.The planting area with extensive regional layout is more than 33.3×10^(4) hm^(2),accounting for 1/6 of China and 1/10 of the world.With a diversity of species and varieties,183 series varieties were selected and bred for popularization and planting.The capacity of processing has continued to improve and the total sale of cosmetic has been increased.The scale of production,processing and sales ranks first in China.This study summarized the development of the chili industry covered the whole industrial chain in Guizhou Province in recent years,and analyzed the current problems and the objectives with next suggestions for high-quality development of chili industry,providing a reference for the development of national chili industry.
