基于Kuznets曲线及脱钩效应的福州市建设用地扩张趋势研究

摘　　要：科学合理地控制建设用地规模,充分有效地利用现有土地资源,协调平衡建设用地扩张与经济发展之间的关系是政府实现区域可持续发展的重要目标之一。通过库兹涅茨模型和脱钩效应理论的运用,对福州市2000-2018年建设用地与经济发展之间的关系进行深入剖析,揭示了城市发展进程与土地资源之间的相互依赖关系,为福州市城市规划与经济发展更趋于可持续性提供参考及借鉴。Scientific and reasonable control of the scale of construction land,fully and effectively use the existing land resources,coordination and balance of the relationship between the expansion of construction land and economic development is one of the important goals of the government to achieve regional sustainable development.Through the kuznets model and the use of decoupling theory,construction land in fuzhou in 2000-2018 and researches in the relationship between the economic development,and reveals the process of urban development and land resources the interdependent relationship between to fuzhou urban planning and economic development to sustainable development model to provide the reference and reference.
