摘  要:从纳米材料和聚合物的特性出发,以折压比(韧性)为指标,通过抗压强度和抗折强度试验,分析纳米材料和聚合物在不同掺量下,对UHPC基本力学性能、折压比的影响。结果表明,纳米材料的掺入不仅提高了UHPC的抗压、抗折强度,还显著提升了折压比。其中,多壁碳纳米管对强度和韧性的影响较大,抗压强度和抗折强度分别为140.3MPa和33.63MPa,折压比提升了51.4%。丁苯乳液和丙烯酸酯共聚乳液可以提高UHPC的抗折强度,但降低了抗压强度。Based on the characteristics of nano materials and polymers,taking the bend-press ratio as the toughness index,the effects of nano materials and polymers on the basic mechanical properties and toughness of UHPC under different contents are analyzed through compressive strength and flexural strength tests.The results show that the addition of nano materials not only improves the compressive and flexural strength of UHPC,but also significantly improves the bend-press ratio.Among them,multi walled carbon nanotubes have a great impact on strength and toughness.The compressive strength and flexural strength are 140.3 MPa and 33.63 MPa respectively,and the bend-press ratio is increased by 51.4%.Styrene butadiene emulsion and acrylate copolymer emulsion can improve the flexural strength of UHPC,but reduce the compressive strength.
