摘 要:为探究黔东南小香鸡的生长发育规律,本研究用Logistic、Gompertz和von Bertalanffy 3种生长曲线模型拟合分析不同性别黔东南小香鸡体重发育特征。结果表明:3种模型均能较好地拟合黔东南小香鸡体重生长曲线,且拟合度(R^(2))达0.990以上。3种生长曲线模型对公鸡体重的R^(2)分别为0.993、0.997、0.997,拐点周龄分别为12.28、11.75和11.77周,拐点体重分别为776.54、755.61和798.01 g。Gompertz模型对黔东南小香鸡公鸡体重的R^(2)与von Bertalanffy相同,大于Logistic模型,且Gompertz模型估计值更接近观测值,因此,Gompertz模型能更好地拟合黔东南小香鸡公鸡体重。3种生长曲线模型对母鸡体重的R^(2)分别为0.993、0.996和0.998;拐点周龄分别为12.33、 12.44和13.07周;拐点体重分别为650.70、642.72和689.32 g, von Bertalanffy模型R^(2)最大,且估计值更接近观测值,因此von Bertalanffy模型能更好地拟合黔东南小香鸡母鸡体重。In order to explore the law of growth and development of Qiandongnan Xiaoxiang chickens, the growth curve models of Logistic, Gompertz and von Bertalanffy were used to analyze the body weight development characteristics of Qiandongnan Xiaoxiang chickens of different sexes. The results showed that the three models could well fit the body weight growth curve of Qiandongnan Xiaoxiang chickens, and the degree of fit(R;) was over 0.99. The R;of the three growth curve models for the body weight of the roosters was 0.993, 0.997 and 0.997 respectively, the inflection point ages were 12.28, 11.75 and 11.77 w, and the inflection point weight was 776.54, 755.61 and 798.01 g, respectively. The R;of the Gompertz model for the body weight of Qiandongnan Xiang chickens was the same as that of von Bertalanffy, but higher than that of the Logistic model;and the estimated value of the Gompertz model was closer to the observed value. Therefore, the Gompertz model could better fit the body weight of Qiandongnan Xiang chickens. The R;of the three growth curve models for the body weight of the hens were 0.993, 0.996 and 0.998 respectively, the inflection point ages were 12.33, 12.44 and 13.07 w respectively, the inflection point weight was 650.70, 642.72 and 689.32 g respectively, and the estimated value was closer to that of the observed value. Therefore, the von Bertalanffy model could better fit the body weight of Qiandongnan Xiaoxiang hens.
