综合康复护理模式在脊髓损伤早期间歇导尿护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析脊髓损伤早期间歇导尿护理中选用综合康复护理模式的价值。方法 选取德阳市人民医院2019年2月至2020年1月接收60例脊髓损伤患者研究,将其随机均分为2组,对照组30例选用常规护理,试验组30例选用综合康复护理模式,对比临床指标、泌尿系统感染发生率。结果 试验组患者护理依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的临床不良反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且试验组临床指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组泌尿系统感染发生率(3.33%)较对照组(20.00%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脊髓损伤早期间歇导尿护理中选用综合康复护理模式对降低泌尿系统感染发生率,提高膀胱容量效果更理想。Objective To analyze value of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing mode in early intermittent catheterization nursing of spinal cord injury.Methods The paper chose 60 cases spinal cord injury patients from February 2019 to January 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly.30 cases in control group was treated with routine nursing,30 cases in experimental group with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing mode.Clinical indexes and urinary infection rate was compared.Results Nursing compliance rate of experimental group was higher than control group (P<0.05);clinical adverse reactions of experimental group were lower than control group (P<0.05);clinical indexes of experimental group were better than control group (P<0.05).Urinary infection rate of experimental group (3.33%) was lower than control group (20.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing mode can achieve ideal effect to reduce incidence of urinary tract infection and improve bladder capacity in early intermittent catheterization of spinal cord injury.It is suggested that relevant units should study and promote it.
