摘 要:目前城市主干路沥青路面的典型病害主要为车辙、开裂或水损害,由于沥青混合料的性能相互制约,导致病害的防治措施顾此失彼。为此,结合北京市城市主干路沥青路面各种病害的成因,提出一种基于病害成因的沥青混合料配合比设计方法。首先,选取冻断温度、疲劳寿命、低温抗剪强度为抗开裂指标,冻融劈裂强度比为抗水损害指标,动稳定度为抗车辙指标,通过室内试验确定各指标对应的合理油石比区间;然后,由各指标的共同区间确定油石比的最佳范围。结果表明,采用新方法设计的沥青混合料性能比马歇尔试验配合比设计方法更加均衡合理,能够有效提高沥青混合料的综合性能。The typical diseases of asphalt pavements of urban trunk roads in China are rutting,cracking or water damage.The performance of asphalt mixture restricts each other,which will lead to attend to one thing and lose sight of another to the prevention and control measures of diseases.According to the investigation results of asphalt pave ment diseases of urban trunk roads in Beijing,this paper puts forward a design method to solve this problem and balance the road performance of asphalt mixture.Firstly,freeze-cracking temperature,fatigue life and shear strength at low temperature are taken as anti-cracking indexes,freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio as water damage resistance index,and dynamic stability as anti-rutting index.The reasonable range of asphalt aggregate ratio corresponding to each index are determined by laboratory test.Finally,the optimal range is determined by the common range each index.The results show that the performances of asphalt mixture designed by the new method is more balanced and reasonable than the one by Marshall test mix design method.It can improve the comprehensive performance of as-phalt mixture.
