摘　　要：为了构建绿色高效的综合交通系统、低碳安全的市政保障体系,城市建设应坚持生态优先、绿色发展、以人为本的理念。根据城市空间布局、区域路网结构、城市总体规划,对区域经济发展分析、规划分析、交通量分析后,探讨了城市快速路——芦西路建设的必要性以及设计方案的可行性,并提出了方案设计思路、实施建议。In order to build a green efficient comprehensive transportation system and a low-carbon safe municipal security system,urban construction should adhere to the concepts of ecological priority,green development and people-oriented.According to the urban spatial layout,regional road network structure and overall urban planning,the regional economic development,planning and traffic volume are analyzed,the necessity of the construction of Luxi road and the feasibility of the design scheme are discussed.The design ideas and implementation suggestions are put forward.
