摘 要:为探究不同类型的粉碎设备对机制砂产品质量的影响,以立轴式冲击破碎机、立式辊磨及反击式破碎机生产的机制砂产品为研究对象,采用筛析法与动态图像法对颗粒级配、球形度、长宽比等粒度形貌参数进行了测试与分析。结果表明:三种粉碎设备的机制砂产品中,立式辊磨产品的颗粒分布更加合理,反击式破碎机产品小于0.6 mm粒级的含量最高,立轴式冲击破碎机产品大于1.18 mm粒级的含量最高;立轴式冲击破碎机产品的长宽比在三种粉碎设备的机制砂产品中最高,其累计长宽比受粒度范围影响最小;立式辊磨产品的总体颗粒形貌参数优于反击式破碎机与立轴式冲击破碎机产品,反击式破碎机产品的颗粒形貌与颗粒级配参数在三种粉碎设备的机制砂产品中均为最差。In order to explore the effect of different types of grinding equipment on the quality of manufactured sand,the manufactured sand products produced by vertical shaft impact(VSI)crusher,vertical roller mill(VRM)and horizontal shaft impact(HSI)crusher were taken as the research object,particle size distribution,sphericity and aspect ratio were measured and analyzed by sieve analysis method and dynamic image method.The results showed that among the manufactured sand produced by the three types of equipment,the VRM sand has more rational particle size distribution,the HSI crusher sand has the highest content of size finer than 0.6 mm,the VSI crusher sand has the highest content of size coarser than 1.18 mm.The aspect ratio of the VSI crusher sand is the highest,and its cumulative aspect ratio is least affected by the particle size range.The overall particle shape parameters of the VRM sand are better than the VSI crusher sand and the HSI crusher sand,and the particle size distribution and the particle shape parameters of the HSI crusher sand are the worst among the product of three types of equipment.
