摘　　要：文章探讨了以集中化原则来组织和管理数据,集中智能分析数据,提升国际业务管控能力。有效连接网络支撑和业务支撑工作,实现管控点前移和精确管控。新建的数据分析系统将指挥传统网络管理体系运转,向主动运维转变。并提出国际长途电话业务管控的进一步设想。This paper discusses the principle of centralization to organize and manage data,centralized intelligent analysis of data,improve international business management and control capabilities.Effectively connect the network support work and business support work,to achieve the control point forward and accurate management and control.The new data analysis system will command the traditional network management system to change to active operation and maintenance.A further proposal on international long-distance calling operation control is put forward.
