摘　　要：企事业单位中会应用到大量工具软件以及插件脚本,各种项目也需要收集各种各样的标准文档、工作环境以及参考资料。目前,由于某主流搜索引擎的竞价排名无差别推送广告的经营模式以及其他信息渠道繁多而又缺乏权威性的情况下,使得大多数工作人员各类工具文件的下载渠道难以甄别使用。增加了下载时被木马和计算机病毒侵入的风险。如果统一收集管理本单位虚拟资产、以一个企事业单位、部门为一个整体单元,统一的采购存储下载文档资料或办公软件系统,就可以解决下载文件带来的信息安全风险、重复购买造成的浪费、文件没有规范化管理带来的数据丢失损坏问题。Enterprises and institutions will be applied to a large number of tools and plug-in scripts,a variety of projects also need to collect a variety of standard documents,working environment and reference materials.At present,due to the business model of a mainstream search engine's competitive ranking,push advertising,and other information channels are numerous and lack of authority,so that most staff members are difficult to screen the use of various tool files download channels.It increases the risk of being invaded by Trojans and computer viruses when downloading.If collection management this unit virtual assets,in an enterprise or business unit,department as a whole unit,unified purchasing storage download documentation or office software system,can solve the download files of information security risk,repeat purchase of the waste,file without data loss damage of the problems of standardization management.
