摘　　要：20世纪50年代兴起的人工智能技术植入到21世纪当代人工智能革命的浪潮之中,我们一方面在利用着人工智能带来方便快捷,庆幸着人工智能给现代生活与工作带来的巨大改变,另一方面也因为新一轮科技革命给人们带来的社会影响和领导难题而感到严重的冲击和压力。文章从领导哲学的角度,结合经济学、社会学、伦理学来探索人工智能时代下技术性的领导应如何实施:一是我们要清楚未来人工智能走向的领域和应用方向,增益人类其所不能;二是利用人工智能来反刺激消费需求,进而创造更多工作岗位,创造财富增长;三是努力消除由感情衍生的障碍,趋利避害。人是最具创造力的生物而不是机器,新型领导者要为机器立心!The artificial intelligence technology that emerged in the 1950s has entered the wave of our contemporary artificial intelligence revolution in the 21st century.On the one hand,we are taking advantage of the convenience and speed that artificial intelligence brings to us.Fortunately,artificial intelligence has brought greatness to modern life.Change,on the other hand,is also severely impacted and pressured by the social impact and leadership problems brought about by the new round of technological revolution.This paper explores how to implement technical leadership in the era of artificial intelligence from the perspective of leadership philosophy,combining economics,sociology,and ethics.One is that we need to be clear about the field and application direction of artificial intelligence in the future;to enhance what mankind cannot.The second is to use artificial intelligence to counter-stimulate consumer demand,thereby creating more jobs and creating wealth growth.The third is to work hard to eliminate obstacles derived from feelings and seek advantages and avoid disadvantages.Humans are the most creative creatures,not machines;new leaders must stand for machines!
