摘  要:为研究斜叶桉心材细胞壁孔隙结构特征,利用甲醇对斜叶桉心材粉末进行抽提处理,再用气体吸附法和比重瓶法对甲醇抽提样和对照样进行细胞壁孔隙结构测试。在本试验条件下,通过比较两种试样的测试结果,发现斜叶桉心材抽提物主要存在于0.4~0.7 nm范围内细胞壁微孔中,抽提物的存在使斜叶桉心材细胞壁具有较小的孔体积和孔隙率,这可能是斜叶桉干燥速度慢的原因之一。In order to investigate the effect of methanol extraction on cell walls pore structure of Eucalyptus obliqua heartwood,the heartwood powder was extracted with methanol.The cell wall pore structures of controlled and extracted samples were evaluated by the N2,CO2 sorption and pycnometer methods,respectively.The results indicated that Eucalyptus obliqua heartwood extractives mainly existed in the micropores of cell walls in the range of 0.4~0.7 nm.The existence of extractives in the cell walls of Eucalyptus obliqua heartwood led smaller pore volume and porosity,which possibly was one of the reasons for the slow drying speed of Eucalyptus obliqua heartwood.
