摘　　要：纺织品创新的最快途径是图案的创新,创新图案的版权容易被盗版侵权且维权取证难,笔者根据多年的从业经验,设想了花样版权保护及花样"身份证"编号的建议,用以解决版权注册没有统一标准而导致的乱象问题。The Jastest way of textile innovation is pattern innovation.The copyright of innovative patterns is easy to be stolen,and it is difficult to protect rights and obtain evidence.Based on many years of experience,the author envisages suggestions on pattern copyright protection and pattern"ID card"number,so as to solve the chaos caused by the lack of unified standards for copyright registration.
