摘 要:分析讨论研究高速钢S6-5-2表面涂覆TiCN,TiAlN层后的表面性能。使用多弧离子镀膜设备进行涂覆层的制备,采用UMT-3多功能高温摩擦磨损试验机进行摩擦磨损性能研究,使用CSM-NHT2纳米压入测试仪测量涂覆层的显微硬度。TiCN涂覆层硬度为3200Hv0.05,TiAlN涂覆层硬度为3500Hv0.05,基体S6-5-2的摩擦系数约在0.525,TiCN涂覆层的摩擦系数约在0.4,而TiAlN涂覆层的摩擦系数约在0.325。高速钢S6-5-2(DIN1735)在精冲模具经过调质处理后,利用PVD方法表面涂覆TiCN和TiAlN层厚后,能显著提高模具的使用寿命,减缓模具端面磨损速率,同时提高工件的端面质量;涂覆TiAlN层优于TiCN层在精冲模具上的使用效果,对于冲次寿命要求较高的工作场景可以选用TiAlN层。In this paper,the surface properties of high-speed steel S6-5-2 coated with TiCN and TiAlN layers were analyzed and discussed.Multi-arc ion plating equipment was used to prepare the coating,UMT-3 multifunctional high-temperature friction and wear testing machine was used to study the friction and wear properties,and CSM-NHT2 nano pressing tester was used to measure the micro hardness of the coating.The hardness of TiCN coating is 3200HV0.05,the hardness of TiAlN coating is 3500HV0.05,the friction coefficient of substrate S6-5-2 die was about 0.525,the friction coefficient of TiCN coating is about 0.4,and the friction coefficient of TiAlN coating is about 0.325.After the fine blanking die has undergone quenching and tempering treatment,the PVD method was used to coat the surface with TiCN and TiAlN layer thickness,which can significantly increase the service life of the die,slow down the wear rate of the die end surface,and improve the end surface quality of the workpiece at the same time;the use effect of coating TiAlN layer is superior to that of the TiCN layer on the fine blanking die.The TiAlN layer can be selected for the working scenes that require higher punching life.
