厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗慢性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究慢性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者采用厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗的效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月本院收治的82例慢性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者,按照双盲法分为两组,每周41例。对照组患者予以常规治疗,试验组患者在常规治疗下加用厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗,并对两组患者心功能改善效果、者心率、射血分数以及QT离散度水平变化进行对比。结果试验组患者心功能改善总有效率为92.68%,明显比对照组患者的65.85%高(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者心率、射血分数以及QT离散度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者心率以及QT离散度水平明显低于治疗前,射血分数水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组患者治疗后心率、射血分数以及QT离散度水平改善程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者采用厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗,可使患者的心功能充分改善,对患者治疗效果的提高有促进作用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of irbesartan combined with amiodarone on patients with chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019,82 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia admitted to our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to double-blind method,41 patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,41 patients in the experimental group were treated with irbesartan combined with amiodarone under conventional therapy,and the cardiac function improvement effect,heart rate,ejection fraction and QT dispersion level changes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of cardiac function improvement in the experimental group was 92.68%,significantly higher than 65.85%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in heart rate,ejection fraction and QT dispersion between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the heart rate and QT dispersion level of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment,and the ejection fraction level was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the change degree of heart rate,ejection fraction and QT dispersion level of the patients in the experimental group after treatment was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with amiodarone can improve the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia and promote the improvement of therapeutic effect.
