护理标识在血液透析患者中的应用与临床护理学研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析护理标识在血液透析患者中的使用效果,更好地实现患者安全目标和临床护理意义。方法对本院收治的160例血液透析患者,采用护理备忘本的建立动静脉内瘘部位标识,股静脉置管标识在床尾的悬挂,与之前未采取护理标识管理措施的160例患者作比较。结果采取护理标识措施的患者动静脉内瘘堵塞和股静脉置管脱管的发生率比未采取护理标识措施的患者少,在使用护理标识前后比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论护理标识在血液透析患者中的应用,有利于提高护理安全,提高患者的生活质量,并延长动静脉内瘘的寿命。Objective To study and analyze the use of nursing markers in hemodialysis patients,and to better achieve the patient’s safety goals and clinical nursing significance.Methods For the 160 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital,the establishment of the arteriovenous fistula marker and the femoral vein catheterization at the end of the bed were compared with the 160 patients who had not taken the nursing label management measures before.Results The incidence of arteriovenous fistula occlusion and femoral vein catheterization was lower in patients taking care labeling measures than in those who did not take care labeling measures.There was a significant difference before and after the use of nursing markers(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing markers in hemodialysis patients is beneficial to improve the safety of nursing,improve the quality of life of patients,and prolong the life span of arteriovenous fistula.
