摘　　要：目的分析优质护理对减轻痔疮患者术后疼痛及提高护理满意的效果。方法以2019年3月至2020年10月医院接收的148例痔疮手术患者为试验样本,根据抽签法将其分为试验组(74例)与对照组(74例),分别实行优质护理和常规护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果试验组患者术后疼痛程度较对照组低,SAS、SDS评分较对照组低,术后首次排尿时间、每次排便所需时间、术后首次排便时间较对照组短,并发症发生率较对照组低,生活质量评分和护理满意度较对照组高,P<0.05。结论对痔疮手术患者实施优质护理可取得良好的效果。Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on hemorrhoids patients.Methods Taking 148 hemorrhoid surgery patients accepted by our hospital from March 2019 to October 2020 as the test sample.It was divided into experimental group(74 cases)and control group(74 cases),received quality and routine care,The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The pain level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,SAS、SDS score was lower than control,the first urination time after operation,the time required for each defecation and the first defecation time after operation were shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion High quality nursing care for patients with hemorrhoids surgery can achieve good results.
